Crestwood's Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

As we were preparing Crestwood's 2019 sustainability report, the world began to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. Because our corporate pandemic response efforts began in February 2020 — outside the scope of this report — we will comprehensively describe our COVID-19 response in our 2020 sustainability report.

In the meantime, here are some proactive measures that we took:

  • We put into place a multidisciplinary pandemic management team consisting of subject matter experts from HR, Health & Safety, Legal and Corporate Communications. This team meets on a regular basis and are coordinating our efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • As an element of our business continuity planning, our IT systems were already designed in anticipation of the potential need to have employees work from home. Once the need for social distancing and stay-at-home orders began, Crestwood was able to immediately respond and implement a work-from-home policy for all office-based employees.
  • At the start of the pandemic, we were able to immediately deploy our crisis communications and health and safety programs to minimize any stress on our employees.
  • In addition to focusing on keeping our workforce safe and our operations running, our employees have taken the time to give back to their community. Whether its volunteering at their local emergency response center, delivering food to seniors and veterans, providing supplies to schools and first responders or making and donating masks, we commend their tireless efforts and are proud that they are making a difference every day.
